Delivery times quoted are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays.

When delivering goods to you we expect reasonable access. If reasonable access is not available or you are not home, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery.

Due to OHS requirements our drivers are unable to remove their footwear so please take measures to protect your floors if this is a concern.


Initial payments and deposits in store can be made with cash, credit cards (excluding Diners and American express), eftpos or bank cheque.

Final payment can be made by the above methods in store prior to delivery. We can also accept bank transfers but these must be completed 48hrs before delivery and a copy of the remittance given to the driver upon receipt of goods. Payment on delivery can also be arrange, in the form of cash or bank cheque only, payable to the driver.


Unless otherwise stipulated all transactions, including orders, require a 30% deposit


We offer a 3 month layby. An initial 30% deposit is required, followed by weekly or fortnightly payments. These can be made in store, over the phone or as a direct deposit.

Non payment of instalments will be considered a breach of layby terms, and after several attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the layby. Contact may be in the form of a letter sent to your last known address or sms to your last known mobile number.

Refund Policy

Our goods are covered by guarantees in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a major failure occurs. Minor failures, or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, entitle you to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Change of mind or circumstances does not entitle you to a refund, so please choose carefully.


We provide the following supplier warranties against defects

– timber 12 month structural warranty
– lounge 5 year structural on frame, 2 years on mechanism (120kg weight limit), and 1 year on stitching

Any defects covered by Affordable Furniture supplier warranties will be repaired or replaced at our discretion in compliance with ACL , without cost to you for parts or labour.

We are not liable for any fading or change in colour, damage caused by general wear and tear or if the product is used in a manor outside the ordinary prescribed use.
